Supports efforts to provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating small and medium programs/projects. Research, evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve innovative improvements. Collects, analyzes, and produces financial and performance indicators and forecasts. Helps to provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines.


· Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out of the box
thinking. Knowledge in agile product development life cycle (PDLC) and/or
software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies with some
experience leading projects.
· Product launch from "0 to 1” optimizing it for "1 to many" in your portfolio. A
focus on scale with the flexibility to adapt in a constantly evolving
environment. Experienced in partnering with and bringing multiple
departments into alignment.
· Strong internal communication skills: Able to communicate complex data in
a simple format to share decisions, process updates and tradeoffs to large
audiences (i.e. in-person meetings, asynchronous meetings, email, and/or
shared live docs). Process-driven with a bias toward action.
· Bonus points for experience within high-growth tech startup.
· Solutions based thinking with the ability to break down complex concepts
into understandable, smaller and sequential deliverables
· Influencing skills to guide stakeholders to understand vision, resources,
priorities, and definition of completion/release
· Ability to tailor communications of complex concepts to all levels in an
understandable manner Business acumen and ability to understand the
larger company strategy FedEx experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline. Two (2) years experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience driving enterprise-wide projects and a proven track record of successfully leading a portfolio of complex projects.
• Helps to provide appropriate support and coordination to Program Managers by:
• Analyzing data and producing reporting as requested or needed
• Reviewing data points with PM to determine course of action required and taking action as determined (risk data triage);
• producing or updating reports; etc.
• Excellent communicator and forward-thinker that uses innovative solutions to accelerate business performance.
• Demonstrated analytics, problem solving, and supporting and driving change. • Demonstrated understanding of best practices and methodologies that support transformation programs, governance, and change management, including establishing centers and standards of excellence.
• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end schedules and monitoring critical paths.
• Strong in creating detailed project plans, breaking down features, epics, and stories into manageable tasks
• Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based information synthesized from structured and unstructured data and information. • Collaborate with other cross-functional team leaders (Product, Go-to Market, Platform, Engineering) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to executive leadership and stakeholders. • PMP or other project management certifications preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiative to closure and have led hardware/software projects. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Domicile Information: 
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. 
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Additional Information
Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois and New Jersey Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
