Drive the strategic transformation of the Sidel Industrial Base and Supply Chain in link with the Business plan. Define and manage the transformation program, ensuring its effective execution by leading global teams, partnering with Senior internal stakeholders to secure and increase the Industrial base efficiency and performance; ensures full alignment with Leading Excellence activities.

Your Mission

• Design & orchestrate the Supply Chainstrategic transformation program
• Support identification of strategic projects andsecure proper prioritization within the strategy cycle for industrial base
• Secure proper governance of the program, byeffectively engaging all key senior stakeholders and securing alignment onindustrial plans
• Define, implement and coordinate a programmanagement system that set out clear roadmaps and deliverables (operational + P&L) forall initiatives under his/her responsibility
• Lead project managers in charge of Supply Chaintransformation by securing project deliverables, supporting competencedevelopment and engagement duringproject executions
• Analyze and address interdependencies, resourceissues or any other risk impeding the execution of our strategy. Secureeffective communication.
• Identify, initiate and conduct complex businessanalysis 
• Coach and facilitate a proactive rigorous projectprogram management discipline 
• Develop and maintain relevant processes,methodologies, systems, and tools to support business in relation tofootprint management
• Ensure delivery of P&L impact of theprogram (eg. business cases, savings, productivity) in stong collaborationwith Finance

Your Profile

Languages and education

• Fluency in one additional language is a plus (such as French, Italian, Chinese)
• Master degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus)
• APICs, Certified PM, 6sigma black-belt is a plus

Professional background

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Preferably 2-3 years of management consulting or similarexperience in a multinational company
• Proven experience in program management, change management inglobal Supply Chains
• Strong track record on industrial base management, supplychain optimization programs
• Proven to deliver results by a structure and systematicapproach
