Responsibilities
• Serve as an interface between offering manager and engineering team• Define and finalize requirements and defects• Provide customer-facing requirements for global large UPS products• Host requirement defining meetings and manage agenda• Clarify engineering questions and provide feedback• Manage Rally backlog for defect and requirement prioritization• Lead discussions, summarize key points, and define action items
Requirements
• Engineering Degree• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience• Knowledge of firmware and software development process• Knowledge of Power Devices and controlling Power Devices• Knowledge of system failure mode and operations in a 3-phase power system• Experience troubleshooting hardware and firmware related bugs• Skilled at documenting and troubleshooting using appropriate tools• Knowledge of product development life cycle is desirable• Experience with embedded code development is a plus• Knowledge of Rally and bug/defect tracking tools is a plus• Advanced level of English
