In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.
The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented Product Planner OFS (Maternity Cover FTC) to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our offices in Zola Predosa - Bologna (Hybrid)
Department Size: 15/17 (Approx.)
Reporting into: Product Planning Team Leader Online Flagship Stores
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Managing day by day activities in order to upload orders and budgets and ensure the proper complete digital work flow;
* Supporting the commercial team in coordination and management of technical activities;
* Supporting the F&A team in invoicing and authorizing budgets and orders;
* Being in charge of properties and deadline to be shared with the Operations area
The type of person we are looking for:
* University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields
* Ability to effectively communicate with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
* Language skills: Advanced English is mandatory
* Proactive attitude and work ethics
* Attitude to team working and ability to perform under tight deadlines
