Role: Product Analyst
Experience: 04 yrs.
We dont have any hard requirements/criterias; the only requirement is that you are a fast learner who is great with numbers energetic and eager to learn and grow!
Location: Remote (preferably Bangalore)
Role Overview: You will get the opportunity to experience product management in a highgrowth startup environment. You will be involved in various aspects of our products lifecycle working closely with a tightlyknit team of passionate individuals including the head of product and the cofounders. And directly engage with the user community. On a daily basis you will be working on:
- Experimentation & data analysis: Monitoring and analysis of A/B experiments and to get actionable insights
- Exploratory analysis : Develop a deep understanding of our users lowincome smartphone users and document key insights from data analysis across the product funnel
- Product development : Leverage insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve product problems
- Automation: Building python scripts to automate various manual analysis/processes.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Running endtoend product analytics (data retrieval > analysis > visualization) to derive user/product insights using Alteryx R or Python
- Run and analyze impact of largescale A/B experiments
- Visualize product funnel through Power BI/ Tableau dashboards
- Collect clean and analyze quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights on user engagement patterns learning patterns
- Run custom analytics to identify causal patterns for engagement including the impact of gender teacher engagement peer engagement
- Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Critical Factors for Success
- Strong aptitude for analytics and analytical thinking; prior analytics background required
- Strong analytical skills (data manipulation crunching mining) with knowledge of or ability to quickly upskill on relational databases and tools like R/ Stata/ Python/ Alteryx/ SQL/Excel
- Strong data visualization skills; demonstrable experience in visualization tools like Power BI/ Tableau will be preferred
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment
- Taking ownership in ambiguous situations
