To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Procurement Associate (Technology) to join the Procurement team.
Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna) or Milan, depending on candidates' preference.
Reporting into: Category Manager for Technology
Workplace Type: Hybrid
Contract Type: Maternity Cover
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Receive Purchase Requisition from internal stakeholders, analyse, understand and optimize their needs
Implement RFI/ RFQ/ RFP processes through YNAP’s online procurement platform, according to the guidelines received form Category Manager
Support contractual documentation drafting and management process, by ensuring that all the documents are reviewed and approved by the relevant teams (Legal, Privacy, Security, etc.) within the deadlines
Issue Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts in a timely manner
Support Category Manager in day-by-day admin tasks (vendors onboarding, controls, reporting)
The type of person we are looking for:
University degree in Engineering or Business & Administration
0-2 years of experience in Procurement and/or Information Technology
Proficient in both English and Italian language (Minimum level – C1)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Well organised and efficient, able to work simultaneously on different tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Able to build positive relationships with members of the team, key stakeholders and external suppliers
Proactive and able to show initiative
Nice to have
General understanding of Technology solutions and modern trends
Understanding of procurement and contractual processes within a Tech environment
Experience in project based approach
