Responsibilities
• Assign purchasing tasks for various categories of goods• Conduct analysis, reporting, pricing, and graphic presentation of data• Implement cost-saving actions and negotiate new supplier contracts• Monitor and manage budget and KPIs• Interface with the board and coordinate a team of 3-4 resources• Possibly travel 1-2 times a month for fairs and supplier visits
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Technical field• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role• Strong data analysis skills• Preferably from the logistics and transportation sector• Proficiency in PowerPoint for graphic presentations• Excellent negotiation skills• Market knowledge and mapping of consumable goods suppliers• Availability for occasional travel• Good teamwork, organization, and communication skills
