As our Process Quality Engineer you will be our cell focal point of Quality; striving to meet quality goals in terms of Cost Of Quality, defect count, Continuous Improvement and QMS compliance.
As a Process Quality Engineer - Custom Rotor Machining Cell, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining a high level of quality through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis, corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives
- Leading reviews with COE leaders to monitor quality programs execution and quality indicators performance
- Being responsible for Quality Assurance to ensure that all functions are committed to ISO standards
- Analyzing root-causes for complex quality problems to deliver best-practice improvements to processes, systems, software and tools
- Preparing and presenting technical data on metrics, project status and research to internal teams and customers
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, relevant professional experience
- Have relevant experience within a Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering environment
- Have working knowledge of quality tools, lean concepts, root cause analysis and be competent in Microsoft Office
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and also Italian is desirable
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex quality issues
- Be able to manage multiple projects and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment
