Mission
RINA is looking for a Process& Quality Engineer to join our Space&Defense team in Genoa.
Key Accountabilities
As a Process & Quality Engineer you will be involved in:
- Project Management activities (planning, coordination, development and follow-up);
- Process definition and mapping (quality, organizations, supply chain);
- Support lead auditor / audit activities (second and third party audits);
- Quality project activities (definition of strategic quality plans, regulatory application checks, ecc);
- Digital Trasformation support;
- Other strategy consulting activities.
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Good knowledge of English (B1)
- 2-3 years of experience;
- Process, Quality, Audit, Business process, Strategy consulting experiences (thesis development, stage, other);
- Teamwork, customer-oriented, problem solving and critical thinking, stress resistance, consulting attitude, communication.
