Primary Process Project Manager
The purpose of the role is:
* Lead the project delivery process for projects, from typically Scheme Design stage to Hand-over and Close-out to ensure an outcome which meets all the defined project objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety and environment and delivers the business benefits. This process relates to design, procurement, construction, qualification, hand-over and close-out of new and or upgraded primary facilities or equipment.
* The PM has the responsibility for PIPs preparation and submission in cooperation with the Capital Plan Manager, ensuring adequate sponsorship during approval process.
In this role you will..
* Have the over accountability of capital investment project
* Lead project execution in strong collaboration with global stakeholders and corporate senior management: in line with the approved scope, time schedule, budget, ensuring effective reporting & forecasting to managers and stakeholders
* Be responsible for all the project phases: project definition, design, construction, commissioning, validation, handover, and monitoring in compliance with law and quality standards coordinating internal & managing external teams & suppliers
* Manage multidisciplinary teams of internal and external resources.
* Manage project scheduling keeping in account all operations of the site, to avoid production schedule disruption and ensure smooth handover of project through proper involvement of stakeholders.
* Ensure the provisions of the employer regarding Health, Safety and Environment regulations in their area of competence, in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/2008, 152/2006 and EHS&S Corporate Standards; in particular ensuring proper use of personal protection equipment and applying the proper escalation process in case of any unforeseen risk, for the appropriate actions to be taken.
* Ensure adherence to cGMP's, GES, SOP, safety practices Health, Safety and Environment

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Master Degree in Engineering, preferred Chemical/Mechanical/Automation/Industrial
* Experience in pharmaceutical companies or comparable domain (e.g. contractor company, service provider, engineering office, industrial company)
* Experience in bulk manufacturing production.
* Project Management skills including contract management and project controlling
* Fluency in English
* Highly effective communication skills
* This role requires sound judgment and complex decision making where few precedents and considerable ambiguity may exist.
