Context and Purpose of the job
Within the PR Department, you will join the lifestyle PR team which focuses on different facets of Armani Group such as Armani/Casa, Armani/Dolci, Armani/Fiori, Armani/Hotels & Resort.
You will be involved in different aspects of communication and brand image maintenance, having the chance to be part of the team that coordinates the global lifestyle communication.
 
Responsibilities
  • Management and coordination of the press offices, or communication contacts, at WW level
  • Planning, drafting and sending of press releases initiatives, sending press releases collections
  • Direct management of relations with the Italian design press, the international press, journalists and freelancers
  • Reports with press and bloggers, update mailing list dedicated to lifestyle contacts, organization of appointments and meetings to evaluate collaborations and opportunities throughout the year
  • Managing the sending of samples to the press and food and lifestyle bloggers, creating ad hoc mailing lists
  • Participation in opening & re-opening of venues (press release, shooting, press invitations, media coverage...)
  • Editorial outputs monitoring and reporting
  • Invoice management and insertion
  • Analysis of different market scenarios to suggest brand promotion actions and brand awareness in line with business strategies
  • Support in the organization of institutional events and development and revision of communications and collateral
  • Management and coordination of press appointments 
 
Must Have Skills
  • 3/4 years of experience in the role
  • Master’s degree in Communication
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Great communication and organizational skills, positive and flexible attitude, attention to details
