Responsibilities
• Plan all Guest services within the property and the area• Manages all Guests' requests according to company policies, procedures, and standards• Act as the point of reference for Guests who need assistance or information• Attend to their wishes and requirements• Anticipate customer's needs and provide personalized solutions• Suggest and arrange events, excursions, transportation upon request• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages• Keep the Front Desk staff well informed of Guests' preferences• Provide assistance when needed
Requirements
• Professional experience in the same role, preferably at an international level• Advanced level of English knowledge• A third language is preferred• Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g. Opera)• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package• Excellent organizational skills• Strong passion for hospitality and attention to details
