P&O Country Lead

-To manage the P&O function within a complex organization (non-strategic TechOps site, Global Function or similar) or multi-country organization. To be responsible for implementing a broad range of P&O activities for the supported customer group.Typically leads the P&O function in a small revenue organization with > 100 employees or experienced senior P&O BP responsible for a complex client group within a global unit / region/ very large country
