Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Maintain projects within the project management system and related systems
* Developing accurate reports on ongoing projects (Status report, budget reconciliations etc etc.).
* Run reports on ongoing basis
* Create change orders
* Review of the financial performance of projects
* Liaising with Admin&Finance department for the review and approval of step of payment.
* Archive documentation (both in paper and electronic) and maintain the related systems
* eTMF and documentation management

Conduct other activities as required
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management or other scientific disciplines
* Advanced English knowledge
* Advanced Excel knowledge
WORKING CONDITIONS
* Office based, Verona
* Full-time, 6 months internship - possibility of hiring at the end of probation
