Therefore, we are expanding our team and seeking for you, our new Plastic & Breast Product Specialist, who will take in in charge the responsibility of our Mentor products in Piemonte, Liguria and selected hospitals from Lombardy
You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills. You will manage the promotion of Mentor products and the related selling activities at a 360? level, dealing with both technical and commercial tasks:
-by interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products' technical features, also training them during surgical procedures, but also
-by supporting our participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation and ensuring a successful end-to-end process.
You will be focused on your own territory results but, at the same time, you will contribute to develop projects related to:
-Digital Health, by supporting the digital solutions launched by J&J and the strategic execution
-Health Economics, knowledge in collection and analysis of data to support and substantiate the economic value proposition of J&J products and solutions and ability to disseminate value-based messages to maximize innovation adoption and develop projects with customers.

Qualifications
-University education, preferably an economic or scientific degree
-Experience in the pharmaceutical / medical world with clear knowledge of the dynamics of healthcare purchases is a plus
-A minimum knowledge in the management of public tenders is a plus
- excellent commercial acumen in managing the relationship with the client at a professional level and good organizational skills in managing time and priorities
- mother tongue Italian and fluent English
- driving license B
The position is based in Piemonte
