Responsibilities:

 

  • Overseeing time and accurate month-end and quarterly closing
  • Preparation and control of balance sheet reconciliation
  • Annual budgeting, forecasting and ongoing long-term planning
  • Track and ensure all monitoring of work orders and overhead / profit plans
  • Providing weekly updates on risks and opportunities to management
  • PO and sales engineering requirements management
  • Management of audit processes (internal and external) according to SOX requirements
  • Ensuring Engineering & Tooling balances are properly accounted for in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP
  • Interaction with engineering, sales, program management, purchasing and cost analysis teams
  • Contribute to Lear's financial strategy and decision-making processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • University graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of financial controlling
  • Ability to work independently
  • Financial qualification required
  • It is nice to have experience working in a car or manufacturing plant
  • Leadership skills with proven track record of managing successful teams
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work closely and build partnerships with other departments and functions including senior management
  • High reliability and work ethic
  • Ability to work under time pressure and deadlines
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
