Planning Specialist

Description

For our BU High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a candidate who will focus on Manufacturing Production Planning & Control. He or she will be managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and controlling production schedules;
• Coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials;
• S&OP management and optimization;
• Estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools and equipment needed for the production process;
• Researching, evaluating and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities.

Your background:

• Degree in engineering/economics or technical diploma;
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Interest for High Voltage products;
• Good level of Italian and English;
• Good organizational skills, attention to details and proactivity are required;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
