Job Description:
As a Physical Product Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend process of bringing Physical Products from concept to market. This role requires a strong understanding of product design manufacturing processes and supply chain management. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful development and launch of highquality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ideation and Conceptualization:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new Physical Products.
- Work closely with design teams to create concept sketches and renderings.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of product concepts.
- Design and Prototyping:
- Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed product specifications.
- Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples for testing and validation.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from testing and stakeholder input.
- Manufacturing Coordination:
- Identify and collaborate with suitable manufacturers and suppliers.
- Manage the relationship with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and implement quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards for product safety and compliance.
- Ensure that products meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
- Project Management:
- Create and manage project timelines for Product Development and manufacturing.
- Coordinate tasks and resources to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Cost Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for Product Development and manufacturing.
- Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising product quality.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing sales and other teams to align Product Development with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering product design or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven 3 years of experience in Physical Product Development Graphics Designing.
- Proven 2 years of experience in Team Management.
- Must be able build your own team
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering products on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of design software and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product safety and compliance.
- Ability to travel as needed to oversee manufacturing processes and build relationships with suppliers.
