INNSiDe Milano Torre GalFa, is looking for a Commis de Rang, Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang to join our F&B Department. We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have the propensity for relationships with customers.
What will you be doing?
* Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience
* Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately
* Serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations
* Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
* Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
* Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
* Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
* Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically.
* Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
* Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
* Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
* Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
* Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.
* Monitor and observe guests' dining experience.
* Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
* Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
What are we looking for?
* Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
* Friendly, outgoing and positive.
* Enjoy being part of a team.
* Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
* Genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
* Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
* Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
