Role Details
Responsibilities & Duties
* Provide administrative support to the team on the online and paper-based database
* Manage the uniform stock and be a support for equipment issues
* Learn the employee benefits program offered by the company and be a support for staff
* Assist employees with any "soft" queries they may have
* Take care of our staff wellbeing and enhance our common spaces
* Organize and keep up to date noticeboards
* Create posts on our communication network
* Deliver basic technical support for IT issues
* Schedule and organize internal and external events for staff

* Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments;
* Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals;
* Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect;
* Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or clients/guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Safety and Security
* Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
Policies and Procedures
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Requirements
* Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field.
* Excellent organization skills
* Able to listen and follow instructions
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
* General knowledge of HR the best practices would be an advantage
* Good problem-solving abilities
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
* Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills;
* You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
