Your role:
Work closely with our Head of Talent on impactful projects that shape the future of our organisation.
Be the go-to person for our team, providing world-class support and innovative solutions to their HR needs.
Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to orchestrating engaging interviews and beyond.
Take the helm in onboarding new team members, ensuring they feel empowered and set up for success.
Bring your fresh perspective to our talent development initiatives and take them to new heights.
Gain hands-on experience in managing HR processes and systems, gaining invaluable real-world insights.

What we're looking for:
A vibrant and motivated graduate with a passion for HR and a roll up your sleeves attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
A talent for organisation and a love of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Advanced Italian and English skills, both written and verbal.
A fun-loving attitude that brings positive energy to the team!
