Pattern Maker Milan

The Pattern Maker will be part of the Personalization Department, working directly with the Maitre Tailleur.

The resource will provide support during all phases of Bespoke and MTM garment orders, interacting both with final customers and internal collaborators (e.g. Product team, Customer Service team, etc.) and participating in dedicated in-store events.

The new joiner will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support during the measuring of VIC: dealing with both the first and final basted fittings;
• Make adjustments to patterns after fittings, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and seams;
• Provide an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about MTM, Bespoke and RTW products in accordance with LP standards;
• Deliver outstanding customer service maintaining high standards;
