The Role of Pastry Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie oversees the preparation of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Our Ideal Chef de Partiecandidate will have:
A special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards consistently, ability to multitask, operate , maintain and properly clean kitchen and pastry tools . You should have at least 2 years pastry preferably experience in luxury environment, Michelin starred experience would be a plus. You should be have excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our Pastry Team.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in Italian. Fluency in English would be a plus.
