Position
Job Summary:
The Packaging and Branding Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development and production of packaging, printed materials, digital tools, and gestures for our clients. This position requires a keen understanding of luxury standards, deep knowledge of our brand DNA, and good project management skills.
Key Activities:
* Support the Branding team in developing and producing: permanent packaging, seasonal packaging (eg. Capsule launch, Ramadan, Holiday), printed and digital tools for product and events; VIC Seasonal gestures and Corporate gestures.
* Oversee packaging prototype process and communicate with key stakeholders to help launch final production.
* Assure all outcomes are in line with brand identity and quality standards.
* Ensure the projects are correctly aligned with the Brand Image and Global launch Calendar.
* Collaborate with external partners to create and edit projects, following the prototyping and the relative internal approvals.
* Work with Procurement on vendors and supplier choices and bidding.
* Monitor project progress to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget and quality goals.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree, or related field.
* At least 2+ years of recent experience in technical art/graphic design related to consumer product packaging.
* Previous experience in the Luxury and Fashion industry is preferable.
* Proficient in IT, with professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
* Open-minded personality with both a creative and analytical mindset.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, precision, proactivity, organization, planning skills, attention to detail, and team-working attitude.
* Capable of working with stakeholders at all levels within a diverse organization to provide the highest level of service
