JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main role is to support the implementation of the integrated EL e-procurement /SRM environment.
Functional analysis capabilities will be crucial both on local and global level, in which the role will support the new EL e-procurement core model implementation and maintenance.
Furthermore, the role will be responsible of ensuring data completeness and reliability in the spending tools.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
* Contribute to the digitization roadmap/projects to support overall efficiency gains within the function at the global and regional level
* Maintenance of the Spending reporting tools, making sure there are properly updated and verify the completeness and reliability of the data
* Oversee Vendor Master Data classification & payment terms and its update in the systems
* Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP Ariba tool for procurement with the role of administrator of the system

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
* Educational Background in Engineering, Information & Technology, Management
* Strong problem solving skills
* Strong analytical skills and accuracy
* Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
* Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
* Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* Educational Background: Engineering, Information & Technology, Management.
* Foreign experience is a plus
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
LANGUAGES:
Italian
English
Other Language is a plus
