Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games. Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. The Cluster Planning Manager supports the Head of Venue Management in planning and coordinating the activities of the competitive and non-competitive sites that will host the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including overseeing all services made available to Games participants. In particular he/she will: - Define and monitor of the KPIs specified in the service agreements and/or use of the areas; - Detail planning of the activities and services expected by the individual Functions to carry out the activities in the Venue in line with the expected service levels agreed with the various stakeholders; - Prepare of the Venue Model Exercise for each of the assigned Venues; - "Dry" verification of the operation of individual Venues and the entire Cluster, identification of potential critical issues and support in identifying solutions to identified issues; - During the Games phase, support the Venue Managers of the relevant area in managing individual venue teams and issues. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level; - Previous experience in the role; - Excellent spoken and written English; - Knowledge of additional foreign languages a plus; - Knowledge and daily use of major office packages; - Previous experience in managing complex projects on an international scale.
