About the Role:
We are currently looking for an Organization & Improvement (O&I) Project Managerfor Plants and Industrial Functions projects as part of our O&I Industrial & Supply team based in Alba
Main Responsibilities:
- You will support the respective Organization & Improvement team in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, processes, operational models, improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- For the assigned Functions (Plants and Industrial functions) you will be involved in the definition of the organizational strategy that best support the business strategy while ensuring consistent organizational design.
- This position plays an important role during the analysis and design phase as much as along the implementation of the changes agreed with the business/Functions.
- You will work in close collaboration with the business as much as with the entire Industrial & Supply family, in particular with the key functions based in Italy.
Who we are looking for:
- Graduate in Business Management or Engineering
- A professional with a strong methodological background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible environment and on multiple projects
- A person willing to work on organizational development (including organizational strategy definition and process reengineering), change management and project management.
- Previous experience in management consulting companies and/or in FMCG knowledge (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) as a plus
- Previous experience in the operations (Operating planning, Product Innovations, Plants and/ or Supply Chains both physical logistics management or supporting processes)
- A person with proactive attitude, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel
