* Order to Cash - Specialist in IT Services (m/f/d)
Overview
To support our Order to Cash team in IT Services we are searching for an IT Graduate located preferably in our office in Santa Fe. We offer diverse and interesting tasks which require a high amount of self-responsibility as well as exciting insights into the Order to Cash area within an international IT organization.
(COMPANY NAME)'s main software application is the world's leading SAP S/4 system. You will get a detailed training to the SAP module Order to Cash and related areas such as Warehouse and Transportation Management.
As an IT Graduate you will be responsible for supporting different processes and solutions from day-to-day application support to analyzing and reviewing new demands. You will be responsible for contributing to projects - from implementing small enhancements to being a key member in major business transformation programs. You will play key role in explaining the system capabilities to the business users.

Main Tasks
* Diverse support and project tasks within the O2C area:
* 2nd and 3rd level Support in the O2C area
* Analyze business demands and new requirements
* Work with global process leads to improve IT processes
* Service management and coordination
* Provide support with project management tasks
* Create training documentation and provide training to the end-users
* Gaining excellent knowledge and technical competence for the applications within Order to Cash
Key Competencies
Bachelor or Masters' degree in Business Administration / Logistics, Computer Sciences, Business Informatics with a focus on IT, Digital Technology and/or Innovation Management or other relevant fields.
We are looking for competencies and experience in following areas
* Confident in using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, Teams)
* Basic project management experience
* Ideally, basic SAP experience
* SAP Functional Consulting
