Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinate sea shipments in accordance with client requirements and international regulations• Prepare and manage all documentation related to shipments, including customs documents, waybills, and invoices• Maintain constant contact with clients to provide shipment updates, resolve any issues, and ensure high-quality customer service• Identify reliable maritime carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure efficient shipping cost management• Ensure all shipments comply with international customs regulations and provide support in resolving any customs issues• Closely monitor shipment progress, resolve any delays or issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods• Address and resolve any unforeseen issues during the shipping process, seeking quick and effective solutions
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of international shipments, preferably with a focus on sea shipments• In-depth knowledge of international customs regulations and shipping procedures• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Knowledge of software and tools related to international shipments
