Position Summary:

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated.
  • Initiate and perform actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved
  • Ensure that that team correctly understand goals and service objectives.
  • Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
  • Experience in managing an international air sort is desirable.
  • Documented knowledge of cargo aircraft ground operations is desirable.
  • Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Have a safety-above-all mindset.
  • Have a strong customer focus.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have a passion for aviation operations.
