In Operational Controlling team (COMPANY NAME) Alenia Space Italy, Roma site we are looking for an Operations Controller.
The main task to manage are:
* Controlling of activities concerning Industrial environment, supporting the costs and performance consolidation.
* Optimize reporting linked to the relevant perimeter: resources, performance, purchasing, means and services.
* Contribute to the elaboration of the budget, to the execution and to the implementations of Business Reviews.
* Support the Industrial Department, in coordination with the respective Operational team.
* Contribute to the Industrial Department activities, with the appropriate level of detail, mainly related to Industrial performances, facilitating the teamwork among Finance and Department.
Key Responsibilities and tasks Contribution to:
* Periodically consolidate and verify the Performance status of Industrial Departments. Highlights deviations, supports the mitigation actions, suggests opportunity inside and among departments.
* Reports on status, including the preparation of documents related to the Performance and Business review.
* Contribute e follow-up of the Monthly Performance Review.
* Ensure costs and KPI are inside allocated budgets/Targets for Departments internal typology (Running Costs, Indirect hours, travels, etc).
* To actively cooperate with all the Industrial Departments internal functions in order to have the maximum collaboration and transparency in the preparation of the economic data and documentation.
Principal Relationships
Relationships will be required to be built and maintained with the following principals: Industrial Department manager, Business Lines/Industrial Controllers, Business Lines/Industrial Operation, Finance team, Other entities
Key Performance Indicators
KPIs for the role will be specifically developed with the role holder however these will cover:
* Industrial Departments economical results.
* On time reporting.
Experience and Skills: Knowledge and experience of planning build-up, analysis and related SW tools, Knowledge and experience of cost estimation, analysis and related SW tool (SAP, Business Intelligence tools, PowerBI…), Good knowledge of Suite Office (in particular excel and power point), English good level written and spoken; Experience of working in a multi-discipline team environment with project pressures, Knowledge and experience in the Project Controlling would be an asset
Education & Qualifications: Management Engineering / Economics degree or equivalent is needed.
