Our Climate team works on transversal projects impacting multiple parts of AXA XL and the AXA Group. We look to build a team capable of working across these disciplines ensuring that we bring our Climate strategy to life.
As a Business Operations Analyst in the AXA XL Climate team you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of time critical, cross departmental projects. You will collaborate with colleagues across AXA XL and within the Climate team to ensure delivery against AXA XL’s strategic objectives. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent process improvement, stakeholder management and communication skills. You will have the ability to research and investigate various projects in the climate space, and help prepare reports, summaries and presentations - to translate data into actionable insights and help communicate key messages within and outside the team. Additionally, this role will involve providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Provide analytical support to team across a wide variety of climate related topics and initiatives, not limited to; net-zero underwriting, energy transition, climate related risk and regulation.
· Provide support on a variety of different initiatives and projects, including large-scale projects spanning multiple stakeholders, and regions
· Produce concise and effective business reports and presentations and deliver with clear expectations and outcomes to support internal and stakeholder communications.
· Undertake research, collect, and compile information on key climate related topics to support the work undertaken by the team.
· Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and inform decision making processes.
· Provide administrative support to the team on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling meetings, supporting travel, internal event organization and other tasks as required.

- Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels within an organization.
- An interest in climate related topics and a passion for delivering change
- Highly motivated to work within AXA XL and become part of a dynamic team
- Rigorous, proactive, and eager to work in highly complex environment.
- Proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result and execution orientated.
