Responsibilities
• Coordinate department managers in the operational management of warehouse divisions• Achieve service levels in terms of time, cost, and process quality defined with superior• Propose continuous improvement actions• Support site manager in strategic decisions and client relationships• Support superior in coordinating direct and indirect staff• Comply with safety regulations, company procedures, and sustainable development• Monitor company climate and ensure SOX compliance in underlying processes
Requirements
• Full-time permanent contract, salary 60K + company PC + bonuses• Possibility for internal growth• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent (preferable)• 3-5 years of similar experience, preferably in a structured fashion company• Availability to work shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays as per specific staff needs• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel• Strong analytical skills and direct experience in personnel management• Good knowledge of English• Customer-oriented with respect to company goals• Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills• Problem-solving attitude
