Opening Coordinator Sinsay

LPP ITALY IS EXPANDING!
We are looking for an Opening Coordinator able to help us grow our business by following and planning the process for new Sinsay store openings across our Italian network.
As an Opening Coordinator, reporting to the Opening Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the whole opening process for new stores. This is a fast-paced, extremely detail-oriented role involving managing different teams, communication with all the internal departments and managing basic operational costs in accordance with the budget

THE LPP OPENING COORDINATOR for SINSAY
- Management and supervision of stores being opened in Italy
- Analysis of openings in the italian market and, along with opening manager and other coordinators create realistic schedule of actions.
- Leading stores opening according to operational rules and processes including Lpp/Sinsay standards, in according to productivity rules and cost management, as well as health and safety regulation.
- Close cooperation with Project Manager , TL GO, RSM, HR and Opening Support
- Working with Jira software, providing regular feedback
- Productivity and opening cost management
- Controlling store opening schedule
- Supporting openings in other markets
- Building TL GO team
- Taking part in meetings
- Maintaining the high level of preparation of stores being open
- Controlling and managing the team during openings
- Proper equipment handling
- Cooperation with LPP Headquarters and local office
- Participation in trainings held by LPP
- Other commissioned by the superior
- Keeping of trade secrets

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

• Proven experience (3+ years) in fashion retails, specifically in new store openings
• Commercial approach
• Goal - oriented
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of current trends as well as competitors offer – product awareness.
• English at communicative level
• Team management skills
• Analytical skill
• Availability to spend majority of working hours on business trips
