Main responsibilities
* To identify the key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography including emerging group of thought leaders as DOL and Rising Stars
* To aggregate multiple data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRM
* To develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders aiming to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities
* To develop and maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area
* To be responsible for implementing local KOL Engagement Plan by mixing channels that deliver an omnichannel engagement experience to customers in a personalized and value-added way
* Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for the assigned brands in conjunction with in-country functions
* Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area. Execute training and development program in line with global strategy and local needs
* To build up scientific network with the most relevant KOLs and scientific societies at regional and national level
* To attend appropriate national and international meetings and congresses
* To cooperate with Market Access and Public Affair to implement regional strategy
* In cooperation with the Medical Information Service, to provide response to Medical Information enquires, utilizing global medical information resources and in line with local regulatory requirements
About you
Experience
* Previous and solid experience in the role of MSL or roles in Medical Affair Cardiology/Dyslipidemia is a plus
* Scientific knowledge in the Cardiology or Metabolism field is an advantage

* High degree of knowledge of relevant healthcare systems, evolving medical landscape, regulatory and payer environment, public health and industry trends to accurately identify key issues and develop strategies and plans
* New digital engagement technologies as part of your toolkit
Education
* Scientific Degree; PhD will be considered an advantage
Nice to Have requirements
* Preferably located in Lombardy
Languages
* Fluency in spoken and written business English
