What you'll be doing:Growing retail and ecommerce sales and profitability, expansion of new retail stores as well as performance management of existing retail points, activation via correct trade marketing initiatives, deliver sales target, ensure best customer experience and satisfaction, coordinate and maintain investor relations in order to grow retail channel profitably
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Growth
* Growing retail and ecommerce sales and profitability
* Setting channel growth strategy aligned with company objectives
* Defining the standards of the channels
* Aligning with DS channel and market strategy
*
2. Retail expansion and management
* Growing retail channel profitably
* Expansion of new retail stores by launching our franchise model as well as performance management of existing owned retail points
* Account management of wholesale partnerships
* Increasing performance of existing retail points
* Defining the physical standards of the Rep Selling Points
* Identifying the business model for the field management of the Rep Selling Points
* Frequent visits to understand the requirements and opportunities in this new channel
3.Ecommerce
* Integrate our Digital tools into FMP process & ensure adoption & usage of the tools to generate & grow our e-Commerce sales through increased traffic, conversion, seamless consumer & Rep experience & relevant product assortment
* Work closely with cross functional teams, Digital marketing & Category to optimize our field, representative and consumer experience across all touchpoints to continue to drive digital social selling and grow e-commerce
* Work in strong partnership with the Digital IT Leadership in order to define the business technology solutions needed to drive the Digital Experience & e-Commerce agenda across touch points
* Define a build or buy strategy to assemble a best-in-class digital experience and e-commerce team that will work with business partners across the business to achieve breakthrough results
* Drive strategies that focuses on the representatives and consumers through collaboration on the end-to-end digital journeys with digital product owners, UX and content owners.
* Support the journey to becoming a data led organization, that generates insights to identify and create opportunity for digital optimisation for a segmented field sales force
* Lead the development of ongoing end-to-end digital evolution with focus on digitizing the field, perfecting the Digital experience across touchpoints and optimizing e-Commerce for representatives and consumers.
* Identify future digital experience, e-Commerce and Digital transformation trends to build strategic competitive advantage
4. Team management and development
* Manages retail and ecom teams, coach, develop and increase/maintain engagement
* Contact with LT, senior leaders, Global stakeholders and critical investors for retail and online platforms
* Project involvement / lead
