La Croce Rossa Italiana (CRI) is a non-profit organization under the high patronage of the President of the RepublicThe resource will be part of the Support to Youth CRI unit and will be responsible for managing and coordinating projectsThe job is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with a salary range of 25-30 K

Responsibilities
• Support the Vice President for Youth to ensure the smooth functioning of the activities of the Youth CRI• Provide operational and technical support for specific projects and activities of young people• Assist in the preparation of work plans, activity reports, and budget for the Youth CRI• Contribute to the development and monitoring of project proposals and activities targeting youth• Collaborate with other departments and entities for specific campaigns and projects• Contribute to national projects promoting active citizenship and youth development• Manage relationships with partners and external stakeholders• Support the management and reporting of national and international projects involving Youth CRI• Assist in the preparation of various internal documents• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor• Support other departments involved in youth development and training activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in humanities, law, socio-economic or equivalent fields• 3-7 years of experience in project management and relationship building with external stakeholders• Good knowledge of project design and management• Excellent writing and synthesis skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications• Ability to handle administrative and management procedures• Fluency in English is a plus
