Position
Th?lios is looking for an Office Managerto oversee the administrative and logistical operations of our Milan office. On this role, you will report directly to the Head of Emea, managing his agenda and providing operational support to his team. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth office functioning and facilitating efficient communication and coordination.
Specifically, the Office Manager will be responsible for:
-coordinate the reception of visitors, including clients, colleagues and suppliers;
-oversee the general office services, including managing shipments, coordinating with external suppliers, processing general orders and ensuring the availability of food and beverage provisions;
-take charge of the showroom, ensuring timely availability of all models and proper display according to general guidelines. Coordinate the presence of appropriate advertising assets and tools to effectively showcase the collections. Coordinate events held in the showroom, including catering, gifting and logistics support for EMEA events;
-manage the schedule and travel arrangements for the Head of EMEA.
