Night Porter (f/m/d) from May

To join our young and motivated team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full time Night Porter (f/m/d).

Your talents

• Professional experience in the hotel business
• Enjoyment of the job

• Customer orientation and contact care to our guests in a stylish and discreet way
• First - aid - training, otherwise we offer to attend courses through us
• Good German/Italian and English language skills

Your tasks

• Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures in case of emergencies
• Adherence to policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and building management systems
• Knowledge of current hotel services
• Room service
• Assist with health and safety inspections
• Night rounds
• Cleaning duties during the night
• Check-in and check-out during night service hours
• Provide assistance and support to guests as needed

• Collaborate with the front office
