We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to improve speed for EU network. The Network Planning Analyst II act as the lead on driving speed and cost performance through projects and network initiatives, and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational AMZL Teams.
You will play a key role in developing and deploying network speed initiatives, delivering our vision to improve customer order cut-offs and driving great customer experience. A significant proportion of the role will be identifying and implementing new network design initiatives, innovating operating models, scalable processes and measurement mechanisms.
The role will work to facilitate approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve performance and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross-functional projects and action plans. You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management on network performance, risks and time critical mitigation activities.
