Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing research projects for assigned products in accordance with corporate and local policies. You will contribute to the definition of the Business Strategic Plan (BSP), prepare the National Medical Plan on assigned product, train and cooperate with the medical field team on product and disease landscape. You will also support the Field Force in its communication with medical target groups and ensure the inclusion of Italian Centres to the international clinical development research. Your role will also involve providing high-quality support to the Regulatory Affairs Dept, Market Access Dept and Marketing Dept, developing and maintaining a high level of scientific engagement with key Opinion Leaders and Scientific Community, managing medical information requests, and managing all activities and Account relationship according to Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience as Medical Advisor/Medical Manager within a Pharmaceutical company
- Deep Understanding of sales and marketing and pharmaceutical medical information
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage incoming data and/or requests in a timely manner and escalate when appropriate
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proven ability and previous experience in team-working ability and mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional working attitude
- Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in English and Italian
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Medical Degree
- Previous experience in oncology/relevant Therapeutic Area
- Qualified Doctor in the relevant Therapeutic Area
- PhD in the relevant Therapeutic Area
