As a Programmatic Specialist you will:

  • Design and implement programmatic campaign strategies

  • End to end execute programmatic buys: understanding targets and business objectives

  • Setup, launch, trafficking and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms (DSPs)

  • Recommend an appropriate mix of strategies and tactics inside the DSP to help drive delivery critical metrics and specific media targets (brand awareness, engagement or conversions goals)

  • Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals.

  • Prepare deliverables and reports around pacing, optimization, and testing analyses.

  • Bring innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting Programmatic industry trends.

  • Ensure quality in Digital Programmatic campaigns’ executions (brand awareness and performance), lead end to end process (stay in sync with timings) & achieve briefed objectives.

  • Connect externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends.

  • Work together with Marketing Technologist to enable deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

Job Qualifications

Work Experience

  • Mandatory programmatic campaigns’ management expertise (set up, optimization & reporting) in Digital Agency / eCommerce / Start up.

  • Preferable experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated.

    Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Accountable, Independent, Organized, Curious, Dedicated, Analytical. At Least Intermediate English level.

    Software, Equipment and Tools

  • Mandatory, Microsoft Office Package. Programmatic Buying Platforms such DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.

  • Preferably , Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus
