In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Quality related activities at project level, being a key contributor to improve the Quality related Processes and to position the Team for future challenges.
As a Mechanical/Piping Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, planning, and supervising audits and inspections to guarantee that all Project quality requirements are fully satisfied (Quality Management Systems requirements and beyond)
- Managing the execution of Mechanical/Piping quality inspection and coordinating inspector crew.
- Lead the Mechanical Completion Process to handover to commissioning, according scheduling and requirements.
- Acting as client’s primary point of contact for quality-related matters ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Shaping an interdependent safety culture to ensure employees look after each other and are responsible for HSE and Quality
- Collaborating with Construction Team and Engineering to ensure the Quality Control Plan is executed and client quality requirements are achieved
- Adopting best-practice guidelines, and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systems
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have BSc. or MSc. in engineering.
- Be able to understand and implement technical drawings such as, wiring diagrams, P&ID and general arrangements
- Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU passport
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills
- Be self-motivated to deliver to deadlines, with a flexible approach to problem solving without compromising detail or quality
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
