The role
Responsibilities - Translating legal documents
- Reviewing contracts
- Extracting information from contracts
- Filing documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Researching databases
- Preparing and sending legal correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing presentations and documents for meetings
- Collaborating with other departments of the company to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Managing contracts and supporting the negotiation of agreements
- Support related to GDPR compliance
We're looking for someone who must have - Valid registration on employment lists as Categoria Protetta (art. 1 legge 68/99)
- Degree in law or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of legal terminology and legal procedures
- Experience in translating legal documents
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
