We offer a unique perspective into the world of Marsh McLennan through an internship in our Human Resources Europe function based on our Milan Headquarter. As a key player in the team, the Human Resources Intern will be exposed to several core competencies within the Human Resources job function, with main focus on Talent and Inclusion Projects.
What can you expect?
You will have the chance to acquire knowledge of one or more core HR processes such as: Talent Attraction, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management and Development and many more, while supporting over 30 countries across Europe.
We will count on you to support in:
* Maintaining and updating the company's HR tools;
* internal training activities, training monitoring programs, development initiatives and process improvements;
* designing and participating to ad hoc initiatives designed according to business needs;
* identifying new procedures and best practices useful for the organizational development and well-being of employees, proposing solutions and improvement projects in terms of benefits and processes related to working life;
* the professional development of Marsh employees by overseeing the collection of training needs and structuring training activities;
* defining strategic guidelines and actions regarding People development and engagement processes in general;
* taking part in designing new and innovative solutions in DEI area;
* proactively seeking out opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities in the broader HR space.
What you need to have:
* University Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, Economics, Law, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science or similar;
* Master in Human Resources;
* Italian and English proficiency (C1);
* Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
* Interest and passion for HR especially for Talent Development and Inclusion;
* Interest and aptitude to work in an international working environment;
