Your responsibilities include:
- Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities and initiatives.
- Management of the Hotel Budget regarding Marketing activities and initiatives.
- Support the Hotel General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked.
- Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotel, coordination of press trips and influencer trips in collaboration with Starhotels PR Manager;
- Develop, in collaboration with the Starhotels PR Manager, a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local press.
- Organization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships;
- Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions.
- Coordination of content development and editorial plan for Hotel's social channels;
- Coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns;
- Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations);
- Creation of an in-house calendar of events;
- Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks);
- Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for Food & Beverage management;
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the local area.
- Proven experience in Marketing & Communication (at least 3 years)
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Knowledge and passion for luxury and hospitality and the most popular social media platforms
- Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers.
- Previous work experience in hospitality is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Italian – fluently
- English – fluently
- Additional languages are a plus.
