Responsibilities
• Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team• Manage Hotel Budget regarding Marketing activities• Support the Hotel General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations• Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotel• Develop a customized program for journalists, influencers, correspondents, and local press• Coordinate photo and video shoots, management of sponsorships requests and local partnerships• Update and manage the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos, and promotions• Coordinate content development and editorial plan for Hotel's social channels• Coordinate strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns• Manage local press (publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations)
Requirements
• Unique personality and passion for hospitality• Strong knowledge of the local area• Proven experience in the role• Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus• Excellent writing and communication skills• Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge• Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels• Knowledge of popular social media platforms• Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers• Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
