Descrizione del posto vacante:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and push notifications, using Marketing Automation tools.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to segment and target audiences effectively.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM, email marketing and push notification efforts.
- Assist in the development and optimization of customer journeys and automated workflows.
- Provide support in analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help in the creation of customer personas and audience segmentation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Advanced Eloqua Proficiency : Proven expertise in utilizing Eloqua for advanced Marketing Automation campaign creation, management, and optimization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze Eloqua data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and propose improvements based on key performance metrics.
- Integration and Process Automation: Skill in designing and implementing automated workflows through Eloqua, including integration with other tools and corporate systems for efficient and synchronized marketing activity management.
- Understanding of CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
