Under general supervision, our Marketing Analyst II develops quantitative analysis of marketing initiatives for partner marketing development. Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to moderately complex matters and projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Own ShopRunner by FedEx consumer growth day-to-day strategy and execution in acquisition marketing channels. This includes conceptualizing campaign concepts to acquire new customers for ShopRunner, driving creative strategy, managing deliverables across stakeholders to maintain timelines, and optimizing in-flight consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Scale ShopRunner advertising on FedEx and partner channels, e.g. FedEx.com
  • Optimize paid + organic strategy for ShopRunner’s new Customer Acquisition and upselling across growth channels including search, social, app store, and on-site content. Lead keyword research & content analysis to support acquisition strategy across channels.
  • Explore and develop statistically sound testing/measurement methodologies, crafting and analyzing large-scale incremental tests (A/B test, audience tests, etc.)
  • Track, measure and communicate marketing performance and action accordingly to optimize performance
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and present solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal and external stakeholders as an extension of our team to accelerate growth; vendor and partner management
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders to drive business and marketing decisions while supporting cross-functional teams in efforts to improve customer experience.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends to identify relevant opportunities and provide subject matter expertise on evolving acquisition strategy.

Skills:

  • Experience with one or more acquisition marketing channels required: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/ Programmatic, Affiliates
  • Demonstrated Excel and Web Analytics experience required
  • Marketing experience in B2C E-Commerce a plus
  • Strong organizational & project management skills with steadfast attention to detail under high volume and tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable handling complex data sets and deriving insights from it
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Innovative, ability to "think outside the box", a problem-solver
  • Passion for customer-centric experiences and communications
  • Eager to learn and have fun!

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing or related business discipline with at least two (2) years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce roles.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
