The role is focused on ensuring the smooth running of all back office functions,providing administrative and Business Support to BU teams within the OU.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and providers, provide general support to visitors
- Prepare contracts and invoices
- Keep track of process deadlines, identify missing documentation and no conformities
- Manage information answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Manage documentation: develop and maintain a filing system to register incoming and outgoing documents, sort, check and distribute the documents

Education
High School Diploma/GED in Economics
